**A Snapshot of Your Day** Service Operations is seeking a motivated and dedicated financial analyst with some digitalization experience to join their team in Orlando, FL!This position will have regular contact with various levels of management and technical counterparts to help support the growing Services Operations business and drive our digital transformation efforts within the group. The successful candidate collaborates daily in the activities of revenue recognition, preparing/consolidating/analyzing financial documents, required disclosures, budgets, and key performance measures operating under contracts in which revenue is satisfied over time or at a point in time. Financial presentations for both Global and Domestic management are prepared to provide transparency around the operational performance of the organization. You focus on encouraging excellent customer relationships and ensuring we deliver on key performance indicators as forecasted, in line with internal and external regulation! You are empowered to improve and evolve the role and seek efficiency opportunities in day-to-day processes! **How You’ll Make an Impact** The specific responsibilities assigned to the position are (but not limited to): + Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, cost, and trend reports to improve the results of the organization. + Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling, and budget consolidation, including top-down and bottom-up plans, proceed with revolving midterm planning, and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines and IFRS requirements. + Ensures monthly project estimate updates, works with operations to resolve and correct estimates, and enforces company revenue recognition policy. + Collaborate with Service Operations counterparts and assist with the training as needed on procedures that impact accounting and finance. + Supports the development and execution of digitalization initiatives within Services Operations, encompassing financial analysis, planning, forecasting, controlling, and budget consolidation for both top-down and bottom-up plans. + Perform ad hoc analyses and develop reusable business analytics using digital tools, contributing to management decision-making and supporting special initiatives. **What You Bring** **(Candidate Requirements)** + BA/BS Degree or higher required in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required + 5-8 years of broad Accounting/Finance experience + Highly proficient in SAP with knowledge of digital analytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau + Proven knowledge in project implementation, contract or order administration, and construction accounting principles, and prior experience in commercial operations including Field Service, Repair/Manufacturing, Hardware. + Strong financial competence, analytical skills, and digital literacy coupled with a history of cross-functional collaboration within Operations and Finance, demonstrating leadership skills, professional judgment and problem-solving capabilities to address sophisticated challenges. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interactions with customers, staff, and all levels of management. + Applicants must also be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
