Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local operations with accountability for day-to-day execution, exceeding customer expectations through efficient operational performance. Each day, you will drive lean and faultless operations across the extended value chain, optimizing cost and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by creating, implementing, and reviewing the operations strategy for the designated area, based on strategy.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Service division in Zagreb.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tBeing responsible for the operational management of the business, implementing delivery and performance standards, guaranteeing consistent quality and customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability, with an operational team of around seven people whom you manage directly. •\tDriving continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first-time-right implementation, steering performance by following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them.•\tCoordinating all work on both low and medium voltage installations based on strictly established guidelines, and ensuring health, safety, and integrity management to maintain a safe and honest working environment.•\tContributing to the development of short and long-term strategies for operations and project management, and allocating resources effectively to meet operational and project demands.•\tMaintaining clear and consistent communication with the team and stakeholders.•\tSupervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Manager to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.•\tCoordinating contract negotiation and claims with customers, in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Legal functions, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.•\tManaging all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality, and financial targets are met.•\tAnalyzing customer inquiries and providing technical and commercial support for quotations and other documents, such as contracts, in all technical and commercial aspects.You will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tHold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.\tPossess extensive knowledge of the MV & LV equipment market.\tDemonstrate at least five years of experience in Project Management or Operations roles.\tExhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.\tDisplay strong leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.\tCommunicate fluently in both Croatian and English.
