Your Role at Mölnlycke As a Service Owner at Mölnlycke, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Digital Workplace capabilities across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT who is curious about diving into Service Management and Digital Workplace transformation. Some of the key accountabilities for this role includes: Drive Device and Software Management: Take ownership of our device platforms and software distribution processes, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement. Strategic Development:Help develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for device and platform management that aligns with our organizational goals. Innovate Services:Define and enhance service offerings in our portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new services and improvements. Performance Monitoring:Identify and address potential service issues proactively to ensure minimal disruption. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions. What we are looking for: Technical Foundation: A solid background in IT, with an eagerness to transition into a service management-oriented role. Curiosity and Drive: A proactive attitude and curiosity about digital workplace transformation and holistic IT management. Supplier Engagement: Experience working in a multi-sourcing environment and engaging with various suppliers. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Enjoy brainstorming and collaborating to find solutions, gaining commitments, and leading value-based solutions. Microsoft Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft products and ecosystem, especially SCCM and Intune. Project Management: Strong skills in service design and transition, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment. ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus. Educational Background: A B.Sc. in IT or equivalent experience is required. Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English.
