Reporting to the VP of Purchasing for Scag Power Equipment in our Mayville Office, this position will be working with customers, distributors and dealers, as well as maintaining additional documents.
Responsibilities Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Mayville LocationAnswering and directing three Scag main lines.Assist with distributor and dealer inquires / requests.Order Entry and maintenanceEDIAssist distributors with order errors, miss-shipments, lost freight, etc.Liaison between MOM and third party warehouse.Releasing and assisting in changes for orders to third party warehouse.Work with customer brokers for set up and necessary documentation for export shipments.Assist with all inquiries from distributors and dealers.PricingWork with production personnel to maintain crate reportingOverview payments for third party warehouse.Work with purchasing and production control with expediting parts.Assist Service personnel with misc. tasks as neededComplete all Scag University coursesSupport and assist Marketing with set up and changes for Scag University user database.Set up and maintain dealer records.Maintain Progold programAssist with setting up parts in SAPAssist with reviewing and proofreading materials and documents for Marketing and Service.Pack and ship parts as needed from R&D.Assist internal personnel with part needs.Assist with registration entry, resets, etc. for distributors.Send bi-weekly and monthly reporting to financial institutions.Assist with financial dealer inquiries.Follow and enforce Distributor ProgramWork with Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting and Production ControlCredit / DebitsECN reviewInternal database maintenance.Assist with any additional tasks assigned QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Background in customer service or equivalent field.Experience with SAP and Adobe software preferred.Must possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).Must be detailed-orientated, organized and able to multitask on various projects.Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.Works well in a cross-functional team environment, must be a team player and customer focused.Ability to create an environment of trust and always exhibit a positive attitude.Job Expectations
