Service Parts Life Cycle leader
Job Description SummaryService Parts Integrator (PI) provides customer support throughout the development of FRU lifecycle strategy from NPI to EOL of products. This role is responsible to define M3 strategy, stocking / inventory in full synchronization with product deployments (OPSI) , global IB support (CSOs/Backorders) including FRU design changes, resolving technical obsolescence, building obso models with Last Time Buys/Repair/Harvest channels and executing service parts product End-of-Life activities (M6-M8). This position is key for successful NPI launch, providing continued service support for Global IB with optimal cash spending (Business Optimization of Service Inventory) through cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Sourcing and Materials teams. This role is great opportunity to work with cross-functional teams (supply chain, sourcing, engineering, Product Managers, IB Managers etc.) aiming to create optimal solution for the business around spare part strategies.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead all service spare parts related activities across the entire product lifecycle (NPI, IB, EOL) Ensure customer satisfaction for NPIs by delivering service parts readiness for M3 and M4 milestones. Define FRU stocking strategies with an eye on improving customer experience while maximizing cash flow. Help improve product quality by monitoring post-NPI service demand, identifying potential quality problems, and escalating to Engineering and product management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology, Business, or equivalent degree with appropriate work experience3-5 years work experience in service, product development/integration, product support, materials planning or project managementAbility to work effectively across functions to deliver results for multiple commitments in a global environment.Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsive and accountable to take ownership of issues and drive solutions. Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of projects.Strong analytical and project management skills. Ability to analyze data effectively to aid in resolving problems.Strong oral and written communication skills

Desired Characteristics / Qualifications:

Interventional products knowledge and experienceExperience working in MyWorkshop PDM system, Oracle GLPROD or other ERP Systems, SPM or other Material Planning SystemsExperience working with product installed base teams or field service teams.Proven experience improving processes in product service environment.
