The RV and boat industry is growing at a breakneck pace to support the ever-increasing desire to travel in ways that do not involve airplanes, hotels, and cruise ships.  Let's face it, it's an added bonus that you can do this while living in Butte, Montana.  If you already live here, we don't need to explain that it gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer.  We don't all ride horses to work, Yellowstone the TV show isn't actually real... You must have a track record of leading high performance teams. The right person will be able to drive the financial success of our business while growing and coaching a team of outdoor enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will be driven, team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism while still having fun.  They will be a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrate creative leadership methods to motivate, attract, and retain team members.  Responsibilities:  + Operations: + Coordinate with the sales team to deliver all RVs and Boats that are sold  + Coordinate growth plans for facility, construction, and renovation activities + Actively recruit individuals inside and outside of your market area + Interview, hire, train and motivate employees + Lead staff and manage work schedules + Implement processes to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met / exceeded + Customer Service + Respond to customer issues and resolve them as they arise + Coach team members to be better able to address customer and employee concerns prior to escalation + Appreciate that we exist because of our customers + Understand that without our employees we don't have customers...  + Supervise   + Hire humble, hungry and smart team members + Inspire employees to perform at their best every day + Ensure all vacant positions become filled  Requirements: + Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred or recent related experience + Ability to stay calm, patient and professional in tough conversations + Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff + Excellent customer service skills + Knowledge of financial statements and maintaining budgets + Strong computer skills using spreadsheets and time management software Education and/or Experience + Previous experience as a people manager preferably in a service / retail environment.  RV, Automotive, Aviation, Manufacturing, Implement, Heavy Equipment or like type industries can be a plus. + Experience and knowledge of leading and motivating teams consisting of 20+ people   Compensation Compensation is based on performance and will range from $75,000-$80,000 per year with room to grow as we grow. As you add team members in the next couple of years this could turn into 90-100k plus. Relocation Montana has become the spot to be.  Kevin Costner and his Yellowstone and the 1883 have single handedly helped Montana become discovered.  If you want to move here, please know that we do have stop lights, hitching posts still exist is some small towns, and church is still the busiest place to go on Sunday. Its a safe place to live and a great place to raise a family looking for adventure.
