**Hiring Skilled Service Plumbers in Pittsburgh, PA!** **Job Description** Plumbers will be working handling commercial service calls. Will be required to report to locations, identify issues, and perform the proper repairs. Will use company vehicle. Dayshift. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. WEEKLY PAY! **Responsibilities** + Accurately identify the source of leaks, clogs, and other plumbing malfunctions through inspections and diagnostic tools. + Replace faulty parts like faucets, toilet flappers, showerheads, and garbage disposals, repair or replace damaged pipes, and fix leaks in water lines. + Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks. + Be available to address urgent plumbing issues outside of regular working hours. + Follow local building codes and safety regulations when performing plumbing work. + Diagnoses and repairs plumbing issues in residential and commercial buildings, including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, faulty fixtures, and malfunctioning water heaters, by installing, maintaining, and replacing plumbing systems and components while adhering to building codes and providing excellent customer service **Essential Skills** + Previous commercial plumbing experience. + Ability to read blueprints. + Working knowledge of IPC and AHCD plumbing codes. + Valid Journeyman or Apprentice (minimum) license. + Experience with trenching. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Residential experience in the past is acceptable, but must have legitimate commercial plumbing experience. **Why Work Here?** • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
