**Job Title: Service Plumber** Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our team, responsible for various commercial service projects in the Jacksonville area. The successful candidate will handle plumbing duties for both new and pre-existing construction, including the installation of pipes inside buildings. Each project varies, requiring a diverse skill set with all types of plumbing materials and tools. This role requires individuals who can work independently with minimal direction. **Responsibilities:** + Complete assigned tasks efficiently. + Run PVC/CPVC piping, including underground, domestic, and sewer piping. + Utilize service plumbing experience effectively. + Work on new construction projects. + Identify plumbing fittings accurately. + Handle PVC drain and vent (4” to 2”) and water CPVC (¾ to ½ inch). + Perform brazing and soldering of cast iron as needed. **Essential Skills:** + 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience. + Service plumber experience. + New construction experience. + Experience with PVC and CPVC piping. + Ability to read blueprints. + Experience with brazing and soldering. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Journeyman certification is highly valued. + Experience running a company truck is a plus. + Clean driver's license. + Good previous tenure. + Reliable transportation. **Why Work Here?** We are a family-owned plumbing contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida, specializing in new construction and commercial projects.
