Service Processes Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Processes Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the development of the service processes that support all the back office service functions including contracts, renewals, customer support, workflow design and implementation and training the service team and relevant stakeholders on these processes.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for service renewals including back-office quotes and contract creation, setting up end-to-end system automation including support of global teams. Improve operational processes E2E to support business functions, including requirements gathering, designing the service back-office processes, testing, implementation, and training to the users to ensure smooth workflow processes. Manage the interface with 1800 service providers, and monitor their activities, including KPI measurement and driving for ongoing optimization and continuous improvement Analyze and provide insights regarding lifecycle strategies and cost per customer Work closely with other teams (IT, Operations, Applications, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into improved service processes

What you have:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, statistics, information systems, or a related field – must 2-3 Years experience in data analysis and/or project management or a similar service process role in the industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving and self-learning skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Fluent written and spoken English Ability to lead a project end-to-end Can-do attitude Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing and processing data Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments and teams Presentation skills

Advantages:

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel. Power BI or Qlik Being introduced by an Insightec employee
