PCS的售后服务业务目前需要更强劲的增长，通过发掘历史数据，并学习现有业务发生的规律和商务流程，定义产品战略，包括设计新的保修方案，升级，备件，和耗材等解决方案. 根据当下售后服务业务的快速成长特点，将相关产品策略贯彻至前线，确保新方案的落地与推广，并与设备销售的策略相结合。 针对PCS不同的设备及客户类型定义不同的服务产品策略和价格政策 协调不同部门，包括设备销售团队，技术团队，供应链团队等，解决现有业务流程中存在的挑战与漏洞，更好的传递给客户价值； 创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册、目录和销售工具。 您将与市场营销，电子商务，和网页设计团队合作，更新/增强数字营销工具，以改善用户体验。 为销售团队及供应商团队培训，包括产品/市场/商务流程等 调整销售工具和理想的销售流程，以优化购买体验 负责产品的盈利能力和产品组合的定价，并推动产品成本的计划 为产品制定市场营销策略，并衡量项目的有效性

相关资质

生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历，医学相关领域5年临床营销、产品营销或相关领域经验 有良好的商务影响能力 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力 具有较强的分析和处理能力 有与产品开发团队，供应链团队，工程师团队互动的经验 熟悉数字营销和现场营销等方方面面 具有较强的英语沟通能力 接受全国差旅，时间占比20%左右 具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力 必须是一个激励者，自我主动者，具备敬业与团队精神
