Responsible for service product sales to key accounts within the designated region.
Daily tasks include promptly responding to customers' pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, handling procurement needs, and assisting customers in resolving work-related issues.
Actively understand customer needs, develop business opportunities, promote solution-based products, and achieve the company’s set business targets.
Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with customers to ensure loyalty.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Food Science, Materials Science, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
Effective communication skills, including phone communication, verbal, and written correspondence.
Familiarity with laboratory instruments and equipment, and the ability to develop sales plans aligned with CrossLab products and strategies.
Knowledge of various laboratory workflows and processes.
