Job Title: Service Product Sales ManagerContract: Fixed term (1yr)Location: Changwon

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the sales of the Services product within Gyeongsang-do, Busan, Daegu, Ulsan area.

• Identify cross- and up-selling sales opportunities with the ZEISS Services and Software offerings.

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.

• Accountable for driving the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.

• Work with our sales and application team for the definition of the right customer solution to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Close collaboration with the global service sales organization

• Support local marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions and customer events

• Create quotations and sales reports to support the entire sales process

• Alignment with account development strategy

• Retention management on existing accounts.

Requirements:

• 2 - 7 years prior experience in an enterprise and/or corporate level service and/or software consulting or services sales role; this includes proven track record for attaining and exceeding annual quota.

• Technical or business study with university degree ( Preferred )

• Experience working within matrixed teams to identify, document and consulting engagements.

• Strong driver with effective planning and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as drive a cross-functional team towards key budget milestone

• Ability to anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions; achieve customer satisfaction through the sale of sound consulting projects.

• Ideally experience in the field of industrial metrology in the field of automotive, medical, aerospace and NEV industry segments

• Customer oriented appearance with high degree of independence and team spirit 

• Confidence in negotiating at management level

• Willingness to travel and good English skills
