Service Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a service project manager to oversee 10 HVAC technicians. Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques, and safety requirements; makes recommendations to improve quality and productivity. Work with clients to deliver a positive, energetic, and accurate level of service. Set 1:1 meetings with technicians to ensure they are being evaluated properly. Monitor the department’s service vehicles to ensure they are in an acceptable condition to allow technicians to efficiently work out of the vehicle, and that an adequate inventory of parts and material are maintained. Participate in morning huddles providing leadership and support to the techs.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Buffalo, New York.

Work Environment

Office based job. Working with a team of 10 techs. 1 week on call rotation every 6-7 weeks (very light, just check in with a client if there is an issue).
