Service Repair Technician

As an Associate Technician - Service Repair you will ensure the service and repair department is properly equipped to perform daily requirements in an efficient manger. You will perform trial run of equipment to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications and is in ready use condition. You will expedite and follow up with customers relating to service/repair orders.  You may travel to customer locations.  

Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

A Day in The Life of an Associate Service Repair Technician 

As an Associate Service Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the service and repair department is equipped to perform daily tasks. You will perform a trial run of equipment to ensure quality is in ready-to-use condition. *You may also travel to customer locations using a company van or make occasional deliveries in a 3-ton truck.

Follow service and repair procedure log  Enter rental and repair orders in distribution system  Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders  Conduct in-house or on-site DOP testing  Conduct respiratory fit testing service either in-house or at customer’s site

Education & Experience 

High school degree or equivalent required 1 year required, 2 years preferred of service and repair experience  1 year required, 2 years preferred of customer service experience  Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred 

Skills & Requirements 

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record  Strong attention to detail required  Ability to calibrate precise measurements  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
