Apply today to join a dynamic team and grow your skills in mechanical repair and maintenance! **WEEKLY PAY, COMPANY VEHICLE, COMPANY GAS CARD, CELL PHONE ALLOWANCE, AND IMMEDIATE START ONCE OFFERED!!** Shift/Pay: + Flexible start and finish times + Potential early starts and finishes (e.g., 6 AM to 2 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM) + Schedule subject to change based on service needs Description: + Service and repair laser equipment. + Train into the role by shadowing another technician for 3 months. + Perform basic repairs and parts replacement on 2-4 machines during initial training. + Use laptop/iPad to plug into machines, troubleshoot, repair, and recalibrate lasers. + Travel to various locations, including NYC (up to 4 times a month) and other states (PA, DE, NJ, VA, DC, MD, NY, MA) with some overnight travel required. Qualifications/Skills: + Current and valid driver's license. + Previous experience in a service role. + Basic mechanical aptitude and trade experience (field or school). + Strong communication skills to interface with doctors and verbalize repairs confidently. + Ability to upsell repairs (e.g., changing laser head for $100 commission, changing bulbs for $50 commission). + Strong attention to detail.
