Responsible for the warehousing, staging, and distribution functions to maintain a warehouse and/or local inventory that provides quick access to mission critical equipment needed to support the business operation worldwide. Use established procedures and tools to analyze impact and fulfill service requests. Responsible for implementing and maintaining defined warehouse standards across local and satellite locations. Work in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others. May require testing, cleaning, packaging and restocking of various types of equipment. Communicate with other teams within the Field Ops Organization. These day-to-day tasks encompass the Full Life Cycle Management of the many components of technology used to support the day-to-day operations .
Perform various duties as required by work function: Truck and Van Driver; Projects; Equipment Receiving; IMAC Workorders; Network Projects; Shipping, and Inventory Control
Research disposition of equipment for appropriate handling, i.e., Deinstall, Defective, Retire, Recovery, etc.
Updating and maintaining correct inventory counts within the specific assigned Stock IDs
Complete cycle counts as needed for area of responsibility
Utilize automated tools to perform various assigned daily assignments as determined by job function
Provide research, analysis and problem resolution to team members
Meet established Service Level Agreements for delivery or shipment of orders
Handle multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Quals--
Responsible for a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. '-Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. -Diagnoses errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions. -Produces timely and detailed service reports. -Documents processes. -Collects and analyzes performance data to provide technical assistance. '-Ties workflow to schedule
-Accurately documents solutions related to complex issues
-Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved
-Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers
-Builds positive relationships with customers
-Ability to use a ladder.
