Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Service Roofing Superintendent to support our Vancouver Branch located in Surrey, BC (Office Location – 19175 22 Ave, Surrey BC, V3S 3S6), reporting to the Service Manager. A Day in the LifeIn-Office Project Support:Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted forDaily review with Service Manager on project and billing progressEnsure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremenCompletion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on siteMust take all service and leak calls and maintain on-call status 24 hours per day, 7 days a week  Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
