Marketing and Sales Mgr & Local Div Mgr

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems/entire service portfolio in collaboration with the Local Division Manager, utilizes Service effectively to extract information on existing installed base (IB) and record the recommended services regularly. In daily basis, you will generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s) or segments, focus on installed base penetration supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM) and take ownership to sell the entire Service portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. You will also build long term customer relationships and benefit customer by immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.The work model for the role is: #hybridThis role is contributing to the Electrification Services in Jakarta. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPenetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.•\tUnderstanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.•\tGenerating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.•\tActing as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

Qualifications for the role

\tDiploma or degree Electrical Engineering is preferable\tYou are highly sales driven and hands on service sales experience with at least 3-5 years working in LV & MV Switchgear\tStrong understanding of LV and MV switchgear products and systems.\tTeam player & being able to coordinate with the various's team function\tExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills\tYou are at ease communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia
