The Global Service Support Division (GSS) headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of service sales, marketing, spares supply chain management, field operations, engineering, product training, and technical support. GSS partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. The GSS Business Development Team is looking for a strong and motivated individual contributor to lead GSS service sales and business development directly to select North American and global customers. As GSS Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be the headquarter lead and intermediary for all customer and field commercial activity.Job Description:Work with regional account teams and other GSS organizations to identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities across core services, enhancements and Pro Systems.Negotiate and manage the renewal and expansion of service contracts at key customers.Drives regional team to meet objectives while ensuring that sales activity is positively reflected in customer satisfaction.Explain, promote, and support commercial strategy to senior division management.Document and follow GSS and KLA Finance processes related to deal creation, approval, quotes, negotiations, deal closure, and operationalization.Research and develop strategic sales growth plans with senior GSS staff and team.Minimum Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:> 7 years semiconductor equipment or other industrial or capital equipment experienceProven results with direct customer sales or other related experienceStrong business acumen and technical selling skillsStrong understanding of financial, legal, and marketing fundamentalsAdvanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities; including presentation skills.Strong financial/mathematical modeling skills with ability to deep dive but still maintain high-level vision/strategy.
