Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description

Work with Japan account teams to identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities across core services and enhancements.Negotiate and manage the expansion of service contracts.Manage a large account and ensure ramification of decisions don't set unfavorable precedents / unintended consequences.Drives team to meet objectives while ensuring that sales activity is positively reflected in customer satisfaction.Explain, promote, and support commercial strategy to senior division managementDocument and follow KLA HQ and KLA Finance processes related to deal creation, approval, quotes, negotiations, deal closure, and operationalization.Research and develop strategic sales growth plans with senior GSS staff and team

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.Strong presentation and reporting skills.Excellent selling skills, analytical capability, and the ability to close deals.Effective communication and writing skills in English.Proactive, energetic, and performance-driven mindset.Bachelor’s degree required; business experience is a plus.
