Service Sales Manager

负责销售过程管理:
销售指标制订:根据期初预算给每一位销售合理制订年度、季度、月度指标,签署维保销售指标承诺书;
定期召开销售例会:周、月度、各类定向会议;
CRM业务预测:及时完成当月及未来3个月内的月度预测、保证预测准确率;
CRM中管理销售漏斗:根据销售线索推动项目及时签约以及递交丢梯报告、建立合同丢失预警机制,每月向分公司经理、维保经理提供丢梯风险项目清单,同时及时更新CRM情况;
延误管理:对于已过收费保养(LIS)有效期限,与客户达成签署意向,但合同仍在流转中的维保项目,必须提交延误申请;
价格管理:制订续签涨价计划、折扣率管理和改进;
新产品推广:提高报价覆盖率、帮助销售员掌握新产品的销售方法;
AR收款:关注保养合同的收款进度、重点跟进欠款>120天的项目;

负责销售团队管理:
销售团队建设:负责组建和管理销售/组织架构体系;对直属下级进行考核,制定绩效改善计划;激励团队,提升销售团队凝聚力;
销售绩效辅导:月度销售业绩和排名回顾,制订改善行动,对销售员进行培训和辅导,提升团队技能;
团队协作:与通力其他团队一起配合,确保客户满意度;
