Your role and responsibilitiesMissionResponsible for sales of newly generated division, called EL Service Division, within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.Promote EL service portfolio to not limited to EL install basis, but also competitor install base for aiming activity on revamping market. Role1. Account strategiesParticipates in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans.2. Sales TargetsDefines and proposes revenues and gross margin targets for the account and ensure the achievement with a structured follow up process.3. Account planLead the development and implementation of the account plan to include designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing the opportunities, identifying a target for each solution element. Proposes recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls.4. Customer RelationsPlans the strategy to establish and develop account relationships. Acts as focal point for problem resolution and monitors the Customer Claims. Plans, facilitates and conducts customer negotiations.5. Customer KnowledgeDevelops, maintains and shares detailed knowledge of the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition.6. Volume and ProfitSells products and/or solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Division. Promotes Frame Agreement with the customer.7. Market ActivityMonitors competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.8. SalesEnsures the successful outcome of sales transactions, contracts and proposals. Communicates details in accordance with ABB supply, offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).9. MarketingCoordinates the use of internal or external resources (e.g., technical, advertising, and marketing) in order to provide value added services to accounts. Clarify and solve barriers to sell Service portfolio in Japanese market with internal resources.10. AdministrationEnters all relevant sales data into appropriate databases systems.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor of degree from technical college (Marketing and management or related course is preferable)\tPreferred Market knowledge / key customer management. \tKnowledge on electrical product business\tAt least 5+year sales specialist experience\tExperience in direct communication with Japanese industrial customers and oversea suppliers.\tExperienced user of MS Office.
