Role Summary The Service Solutions Engineer will support Service-related Product Development needs, related to Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) and supporting functions in Service Engineering. Responsibilities Successfully partner with Technical Product owners to introduce new tools and configure existing PLM Solutions and new technologies to further increase efficiency and user experience. Responsible for Configuring and implementing new rules in Service Process areas including Service Change Management, BOM Management, SBOM logic and core process as per organizational requirements. Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders; Product Owners, Integration and Data Analytics teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within the PLM environment. Daily user support, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and resolution of user issues and errors encountered in daily operations of CAD, PLM, and other product development tools and processes. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and provide regular updates to stakeholders on execution and highlight risks and mitigation plan Support prerelease testing for new deployments providing feedback on successful feature implementations or issues foun Qualifications 2+ Years prior experience in design and Implementation of Business and Technical Solutions on the 3D Experience Platform Analyze, design, code, test and debug existing and new programs to support the customization of the Enterprise & Client level in the 3DX Platform. Require hands on working experience in ENOVIA V6 and 3D Experience 20XX development/customization and software integrations. Require Knowledge in Java, HTML, SQL, Java Script (React& Vue), VBA and exposure to other J2EE technologies. Proficiency in C/C++ with Dassault System CAA 3DEXPERIENCE. Good working knowledge with tools (GitLab, Git, Clear Case, SVN) and ALM tools like JIRA. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field in Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with hands on experience on Software and SDLC Implementation Background in Data engineering, Data bricks would be an added advantage Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $85k - $113k (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
