Service Specialist
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Service Specialist to join our team in Henrietta, New York. As a Service Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver quality service to our clients using the HireRight system for background checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining an intermediate level of knowledge in our products and industry policies. Responsibilities • Interaction with clients via phone, email, chat and other mediums. • Deliver quality service by utilizing the HireRight system for background checks. • Follow-up on outstanding items to ensure completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements. • Develop and maintain an intermediate level of knowledge in our products and industry policies and procedures. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with leaders to implement changes. • Demonstrate intermediate skill level with systems and software packages including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex Core Advanced and ORS. • Document all interactions. • Mentor less experienced teammates. • Perform data input tasks while maintaining strong prioritization and organization. Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients • Familiar with various Procedures and Policies, ensuring Compliance at all times • Experience in Process Improvement, identifying and implementing strategies for efficiency and effectiveness • Ability to manage and Prioritize tasks, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner • Experience in conducting Background Checks, ensuring all potential employees meet the necessary criteria • Knowledge of HRIS System, with the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively • Understands the importance of Service Level Agreements and ensures they are adhered to consistently • Strives to provide Quality Service to all clients, going above and beyond to meet their needs • Capable of accurate and efficient Data Input, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date • Proficient in Adobe Flex, demonstrating the ability to use this software effectively • Familiar with various Software Packages, including Paychex and the Salesforce Platform • Experience in handling Outstanding Items, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly • Skilled in Photocopying/Scanning documents, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately reproduced and distributed as needed.
