Track, manage, and measure IB accuracy, including monthly reporting and analytics support (e.g., regulatory reporting, standard IB-related or customer ad-hoc requests).
Drive the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract.
Assist the team with timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services.
Work within related systems (Nuvolo, Siebel, and FX) to manage and complete all work documentation.
Maintain install database and contractual entitlement accuracy by supporting the field team and external customers.
Work closely with field service, commercial sales and commercial teams to resolve technical and process-related issues and provide support for timely resolutions.
Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision.
Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts. Provide both service agreement and time and material program management. Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts. Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service, and/or other teams. Function as a liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts.
Broaden knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical knowledge; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how the work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 3 years' experience (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Services
Strong knowledge of healthcare biomedical programs
Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Availability to work US West Coast hours or reside in the Western United States.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $72,000.00-$108,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
