We provide a robust training and onboarding period that teaches you the essential skills as well as subject matter expertise around your assigned topical knowledge.

As a Service Specialist you will provide timely answers, guidance, and support for our clients, branch teams and home office associates to enable an ideal client experience through answering incoming phone calls. Our contact centers are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST to accommodate the needs of our clients and branch teams across all North America. Shift times are driven based around the business needs of each department. 

What to expect:Answer a high volume of phone calls and written inquiries from our clients and branch teams.Partner closely with trainers, coaches, and your team leader to build proficiency in your role.Provide superior service and single call resolution to our clients and branch teams.Grow your knowledge on your assigned topic and build on your expertise.If opting for a hybrid or remote work arrangement, supply a distraction free and consistent workplace to protect client information. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
