The position will work daily in the shops by promoting a safe and healthy culture, coaching, developing and leading technicians, providing training or training options, helping technicians develop key skills, ensuring compliance with regulations affecting service operations, creating and managing an employee schedule, keeping up to date with manufacturer warranties and policies, checking the progress of repairs and service, managing issues and complaints, knowledge and experience in the industry and having a strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This position will work closely with Supervision to ensure all technicians will be successful in their careers. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: + A high school diploma or equivalent is required. + Must have three to five years of related industry experience. + Technical knowledge of heavy equipment and prior supervisory experience are required. KEY COMPETENCIES: + Must possess strong multi-tasking, written and verbal communication, computer, troubleshooting, and customer service skills. + The ability to lead and motivate employees, and diagnose issues is required.
