Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Supply Chain Intern to join the European Service Parts organization (After-Sales).   This role will actively support our Sr. Pricing Analyst for spare parts and accessories pricing activities as well as our Parts Operational team in Europe.  Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical and administrative background with good reporting capabilities, exhibits a proactive attitude and is detail-oriented with good interpersonal communication skills. Candidates will be expected to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

 

The Role

Support Europe Sr. Pricing Analyst with setting up and streamlining data: Online data information search for selected product and/ or with relevant expert team members; Including apple to apple comparison and product specification comparison; Perform data consolidation / crunching / cleansing exercise, pricing comparison and relevant level of analysis in relevant format (e.g. retail price, product specifications); Present findings to Sr. Pricing Analyst and support populating relevant reports / presentation for management review / approval; Support updating relevant excel files and folders to monitor parts pricing. Support Europe Parts Operations with administrative tasks, data management and maintenance: Support running monthly KPIs, find automation opportunities and define dashboard layout. Support creating new relevant KPIs and calculation. Support running ad hoc analysis (e.g transportation costs, inventory, ABC analysis, dead stock) Support daily operations with various administrative tasks (e.g shipment tracking & escalation, SAP transactions, orders management, invoice creation)

 

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree student as Economics or Data Analyst or equivalent education in data management, administration; Experience in the Automative industry is a plus; Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a high-paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Smartsheet, Tableau knowledge is a plus; Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
