This position will be responsible for supporting the Field Service team. Main Task is support their office work and be bridge between customer and engineer.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Create standard certificates and issue.Telephone operation from customer and dealerCustomer management for field serviceQuotationCommunication with internal and external customerdispatch and schedule management in the future

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum requirements

2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support jobPC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skillsStrong team playerStrong aspirations for self-growth in a global companyIntermediate-level or above spoken and written EnglishAge 25-40

Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement)

Strong multi-tasking skillsExperience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) companyExperience of SAP (ERP) operationAge under 35
