Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient **Services Support** to join our client’s team in Cambridge, MA. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$** **25.00** ) over a 12-month contract period. **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday 8am- 4pm **Primary Responsibilities:** **· Assist with routine reports detailing work order volume and compliance with completion by due date.** **· Gather, manage and track lab instrument service contract renewals.** **· Assist with complaint management and vendor escalations.** **· Provide vendor escorting support.** **· Understand customer requirements and coordinate/interface with other teams for various support requirements.** **Qualifications:** · High School Diploma or Equivalent **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
