Supported Living Team Leader
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Team Leader to join an established provider of supported living care in the Kettering area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support to your clients.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.Provide mentoring and training to team members.Requirements:
Solid, recent background in the care sector, working at Team Leader level or equivalent.Minimum qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care.Clean driving licence.Strong leadership and communication skills.Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week.Salary:
£23,650 to £26,000 per annum, subject to review from 1 April each year.Benefits:
