Overview A customer-facing business professional working to support the customer’s Avaya telecommunication environment. Many tasks will be in support of upgrading the Avaya environment to a current version of hardware and software. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, remain current on industry trends, value teamwork, and have a wide range of interpersonal skills. Responsibilities * Provide implementation support to customer’s internal team and C1 team members at customer sites* Work with customer’s internal teams and C1 teams to implement solutions* Performs a wide variety of activities associated with installing and servicing products at customer locations and providing support to customer team members and C1 team members in solving technical problems encountered in the installation or operation of Avaya solutions* May include logistics functions to support staging activities including receiving, inventorying, unboxing, labeling, * Install, load, and configure ("rack and stack") solutions as directed per order or site-specific requirements* May install software and/or firmware, as necessary* Test hardware and connectivity across devices/solutions* Resolve issues or escalate with appropriate team members and/or support personnel* Document and communicate issues with project leads/team members* Repackage and label finished items for shipment* Complete required documentation for inventory, time reporting, work order progress & completion, site survey, etc. Qualifications To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.* Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check is a requirement* Telecommunications experience (troubleshooting, installing voice and VoIP, SIP systems)* Willingness to learn and function within a team* Willingness to work flexible work hours when required* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project teams, managers, and client as a service provider* Strong team player Additional Information
