The applicant will need to manage multiple projects and other duties to support organizational initiatives; including but not limited to:
Responsible for managing assigned service and repair issuesTest, adjust and troubleshoot security systems and related equipment/hardwareAbility to test and troubleshoot continuity issuesHandle work orders and perform service planning activitiesMake recommendations for security system enhancementsAct as liaison between client, Service Coordinator and Department HeadAssist installation department as neededSuccessful track record of supervising successful life-cycle management of security technology repairs and projects Stays current with technological developments related to security technologies in addition to; computer hardware, software, and networks, as well as management practicesAttends conferences and workshops to build proficiency in security and networking technologiesProvide technical support to internal and external customersMinimum Qualifications:
Associate or Technical degree preferredMinimum of (3) years’ experience in the security technology industryStrong knowledge of security concepts and technology platforms; Video, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion, Visitor Management, turnstiles and network devicesComplete a company-paid certification training; Genetec, AMAG, S2, Exacq, Brivo, and Eagle EyePossess a valid driver’s license and maintain a company vehicleStrong fundamentals of networking technologies and Information Technology PrinciplesExperience with large-scale integrated security systems and complex projectsDemonstrate experience in the application of IT/security solutions/techniques in a commercial environmentPossess a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work with a high level of initiative with limited supervision in high pressure situationsStrong team player who can communicate, motivate and interact effectively with technical, commercial and clerical team-members

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
