**Summary** The **Service Technician** will troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems, including control panels, detectors, and notification devices. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for testing fire alarm and Clean Agent Suppression systems including initiating devices, notification appliances, and control panels. + Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of Fire Alarm and Clean Agent suppression systems. + Responsible for creating reports for testing and services. + Inspect, and repair heat detectors and sprinkler heads. + Review electrical layout blueprints. + Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + 3-5 years’ experience with the installation of fire alarm systems. + Mechanical aptitude, preferred. + Basic and advanced math skills, required. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. + Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and leadership abilities _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Strong attention to detail. + OSHA certification preferred. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. _Physical Demands:_ (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
