**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** This company provides lighting to new construction homes. Electricians initially install all lighting and fans in these homes, and IBS provides a 1-year warranty on them. This person will be responsible for answering service calls after someone has moved into the home while the warranty is still valid. Responsibilities include: - Going into homes and repairing light fixtures and fans - Changing out motors - Replacing a broken arm on a fan - Changing out light bulbs if they burn out - Replacing lighting fixtures and fans if they are too damaged to fix - Operating a company vehicle to the customers' homes **Hard Skills** + Ability to use hand/power tools **Soft Skills** + Good customer service + Ability to learn something new **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lewisville, Texas and some days remote. **Work Environment** Warehouse is clean (non-climate controlled).
