Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on Volkswagen vehiclesConduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairsUtilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and accurately identify issuesMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear explanations of required repairsKeep up with Volkswagen’s service guidelines, bulletins, and technical updatesEnsure all repairs are performed to manufacturer standards and safety guidelinesWork efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining attention to detailCollaborate with service advisors to ensure customers are informed of the status and progress of their vehicleMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (Should be an ASE Master Technician)Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 105% Customer Pay RepairsAutomotive Technical Knowledge – Three to five years’ experienceStrong diagnostic and mechanical skillsAbility to use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and softwareValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesA positive attitude and a team player.
