Service Technician
Description: The primary role of this position is to provide high quality repair and preventative maintenance services for all Client brands equipment supported through the Service Center. The secondary role of this position is to create repair quotations and shipping documents for Service Requests and to maintain Service Order tracking by keeping accurate SalesForce RMA status information. • Use established ISO work instructions to provide repair, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance services for all company brands equipment. • Determine the amount to bill customer within a framework of charges using computerized service systems. • Provide input to new product design teams as assigned. • Accurate inventory management. • Provide technical assistance as needed to customers, Marketing, Service Tech I, Operations, Inside Sales, R&D and technician advisors. • Manage daily SQDIP functions.
