Responsibilities:The Experienced Ford Master Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction. Bumper to Bumper repairs.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Qualifications:Prior automotive repair experience is a must!
ASE and Ford manufacturer certification needed.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
The CA base pay range for this position is $17.28 - $34.56 and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives. The position is also eligible for bi-weekly commission + benefits.
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position.
