Pay Range: $20.44/HR- $24.53/HR. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

What to Expect

In your role, you will:

Visit clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment. Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide solutions. Educate and train customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support. Collaborate with manufacturers’ tech support to identify and acquire necessary repair parts. Coordinate daily routes and order processing with our customer service team. Complete essential documentation accurately and promptly. What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

A passion for providing best-in-class service to partners and customers. Strong communication skills, especially using electronic devices (e.g., iPhone). A valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record. A willingness to learn in-house operational systems. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Mechanical and situational problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of electronic devices. Excellent organizational abilities. A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Why Numotion?
