**Responsibilities and Duties:**
+ Service, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on company equipment.
+ Travel daily by vehicle to client sites.
+ Collaborate with branch employees to meet client needs.
+ Address customer service requests within specified contract response times.
+ Provide extended hours coverage and ‘On-Call’ duty as needed.
+ Maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory.
+ Keep company-issued vehicle clean and well-maintained.
+ Safeguard company assets, including tablets and mobile phones.
+ Perform other related duties as required.
**Job Requirements:**
+ 1 to 3+ years in a Technical Service experience
+ Impeccable integrity and ability to access highly secured environments.
+ Strong electromechanical aptitude.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to proof your own work.
+ Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications, and Windows OS.
+ Personable and able to work well with others at all levels.
+ Excellent ‘customer first’ communication skills.
+ Positive and extroverted personality, even in challenging situations.
+ Ability to read and respond to body language and verbal cues.
+ Tenacious and creative, with determination to tackle difficult assignments.
+ Exceptionally well-organized and able to prioritize tasks.

+ Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Required to travel and be on the road servicing equipment at clients 90% of the time, with about 10% overnight travel as needed.
+ Some long drive times depending on geographical territory.
+ Available for periodic travel to the Corporate Office for training.
+ Able to lift, push, or carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
+ Physical requirements include kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting to service equipment.
+ Hand and wrist dexterity for using tools and handling parts.
+ Ability to stand for long periods while servicing equipment.

**Work Environment:**
+ 90% travel from client to client (10% overnight travel as needed).
+ Remote position with opportunities to work from home and travel to the corporate office for training.
+ Primarily onsite at client facilities.
**Compensation:**
+ **Pay Rate** : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour for entry-level candidates.
+ **Guaranteed Hours** : 7AM - 4PM, 40 hours per week plus overtime.
