Service Technician
**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Crane Service Technician, you will travel to various manufacturing companies across Central Wisconsin to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cranes. You will perform crane inspections, conduct preventative maintenance on cranes and related equipment, and interact directly with customers. You will also use electronic documentation to record work done and update service records. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Repair + Service + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Computer and mobile application proficiency + Math aptitude + Attention to detail + Sense of urgency + Self-directed + Customer-focused + Mechanically inclined + Ability to lift 75 – 100 pounds + Willing to travel + Valid Class C driver’s license with a clear DMV driving record **Why Work Here?** We provide a company vehicle and cover all gas expenses. Uniforms and laundering services are provided. You will receive on-the-job training, paid training, and professional development assistance. We also offer a referral program and 8-hour shifts. **Work Environment** You will work independently once trained, performing service at customer sites on lift and aerial equipment. You will commute anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours from Neenah, WI to manufacturing facilities or work sites, often leaving from and returning to your home each night. Expect a 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime. You will need to provide some of your own basic tools.
