**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking full-time Service Technicians with a strong mechanical and excellent customer service skills to join our team. The role involves providing world-class service for high-pressure water jetting equipment, with a focus on precision engineering and manufacturing. This position is available at various locations throughout the USA, with a specific opening in Wixom, Michigan. **Responsibilities** + Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and training for customers using hydro blast pumps and accessories. + Read and interpret schematics/blueprints for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring it meets design specifications. + Travel to customer sites as needed, including potential weekend and off-hour calls. + Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction. + Lift up to 70 lbs and stand for an entire shift. + Maintain a valid Michigan driver’s license and obtain a CDL driver’s license. + Use personal hand tools for repairs and maintenance. + Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, including a drug screen. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical knowledge and skills. + Experience in hydraulics, basic electrical, and pneumatics. + Ability to read schematics/blueprints for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Excellent customer relations and communication skills. + Willingness to travel, work overtime, and take weekend/off-hour calls. + Possession of personal hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as an automotive technician or diesel engine technician. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair diesel engines. + Comfortable with 50% travel, including international travel. + High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Ability to develop technical service and troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid personal/sick days, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(K) with company match, and more. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 6am, with 8-10 hour days and some Saturdays.
