Service Technician
**Now hiring for a HVAC Service Technician/ Coordinator to replace filters in commercial buildings around NYC and NJ. Please submit an application to be immediately considered.** **Pay: $28-$30/hr** **Shift: 5am-1pm - shift may vary due to scheduled jobs.** **Location: Cedar Grove, NJ** **Job Description:** As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for loading required filters and materials for each job, driving a company van or box truck to customer sites, performing air filter changes with a team of technicians, and disposing of dirty air filters at transfer stations. You will also assist in warehouse receiving and shipping when required. + Load required filters and materials for each job from the warehouse. + Drive a company van or box truck to customer sites. + Perform air filter changes at customer sites with a group of technicians. + Dispose of dirty air filters at transfer stations. + Assist in warehouse receiving and shipping when required. + Coordinate and schedule filter service jobs with customers. + Order filters and material needs for jobs. + Create service tickets. + Perform filter surveys and maintain relationships with customers, checking on AHUs. + Develop a service portfolio to support business growth for current and future target markets. + Maintain a service estimate tool for the region, including evaluation of current service technician salaries. + Maintain a utilization schedule of technicians monthly to determine productivity and identify training needs. + Support and review National Service Safety protocols and provide feedback. + Experience in service, field service, and HVAC. + Ability to coordinate and schedule filter service jobs. + Proficiency in ordering filters and materials for jobs. + Experience in creating service tickets. + Ability to perform filter surveys and maintain customer relationships. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in developing service portfolios to support business growth. + Proficiency in maintaining service estimate tools and evaluating technician salaries. + Ability to maintain a utilization schedule of technicians and determine training needs. + Experience in supporting and reviewing safety protocols. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to experience a supportive and dynamic work environment that values growth and productivity.
