This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. The Service Technician will also be responsible for property maintenance tasks and may be required to drive a company van to various job sites. Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in various equipment, Vending Machines and appliancesPerform repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performanceConduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalateMaintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used during service callsCommunicate effectively with clients regarding the status of repairs and any necessary follow-up work  Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in equipment or appliance repair.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.Ability to operate diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters, effectively.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while handling multiple service requests.Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings Benefits and Perks: $16 an hour401K matchingPaid time offVision Insurance Your New Organization:For over 70 years, this family-owned-and-operated business has served the Northern and Central Ohio area and beyond.
