**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** We are looking to hire a service technician who will travel to and from commercial buildings and businesses to replace air filters. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working on roofs, attics, and throughout various commercial facilities. At times, the role requires climbing ladders. A clean driving record for the past three years is mandatory. **Responsibilities** + Travel to various commercial facilities to replace air filters. + Work on roofs, attics, and within ducts in commercial buildings. + Climb ladders as required to reach filter locations. + Drive to locations across Salt Lake, Reno, Tahoe, Boise, Eastern Idaho, California, and Wyoming. + Spend approximately 40% of the time driving, with remaining time dedicated to repairs and maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Experience in service, mechanical, or construction fields. + Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces. + Clean driving record for the past three years. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction or related fields. **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller company that is rapidly growing, offering career growth opportunities for motivated individuals.
