Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will provide both in-person and remote troubleshooting support to dealers experiencing issues with elevators. You will utilize electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose and resolve problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating ticket orders and fulfilling part order requests.

ResponsibilitiesProvide in-person and remote troubleshooting support to dealers.Diagnose issues using electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Support the resolution of elevator issues, including hydraulics, motors, and wiring.Create and fulfill ticket orders and part order requests.Ensure excellent customer service when communicating with dealers.Essential SkillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Proficiency in troubleshooting both remotely and in person.Knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and movement issues.Customer service orientation.Electrical aptitude and working knowledge of relays, transformers, switches, indicators, electric motors, and gear reducers.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Preferred: Mechatronics degree.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will start your week by meeting in Harrisburg to pick up materials and then travel out for service calls. For any overnight stays, a $40 per diem and hotel accommodations will be provided. This is a 1st shift position with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00

Bi-weekly pay, 2 weeks PTO + 4 personal days, 9 holidays + 1 floating holiday, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance.
