**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for refurbishing engines and transmissions, ordering parts, and painting parts. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of diesel engines and transmissions. **Responsibilities** + Refurbishing engines and transmission parts + Ordering necessary parts for repairs and maintenance + Painting parts as required + Utilizing hand tools and power tools for repairs + Reading and interpreting blueprints + Working with pneumatics and electrical systems + Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting + Conducting welding and repair work as needed + Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and transmissions **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in repair and maintenance of diesel engines and transmissions + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience with pneumatics and electrical systems + Skilled in preventive maintenance and diagnostics + Knowledge of welding techniques + Capability in using hand tools and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficient computer skills + Must have own tools **Why Work Here?** Our company values the well-being and growth of our employees.
