Job Description
Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), drains, controllers, and low-pressure blowers. You will also be responsible for pressure washing and cleaning the customer's entire equipment pad, including skids, coolers, concrete, and tanks. Effective communication with customers and the Service Manager regarding all services performed is essential, as well as presenting options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs. Additionally, you will be required to handle service-related documentation, attend training, and set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive service and repairs on air compressors, air dryers, drains, controllers, and blowers.Pressure wash and clean the customer's entire equipment pad, including skids, coolers, concrete, and tanks.Communicate with customers and the Service Manager regarding services performed and present options for repairs and upgrades.Handle service-related documentation, including service reports, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return documents.Attend training sessions and train with Service Technicians.Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.Perform electrical maintenance ranging from 220V to over 4,000V.Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and HMI systems.Conduct mechanical maintenance and changeover and installation of new parts, systems, or units.Essential SkillsElectrical maintenance experience ranging from 220V to over 4,000V.Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLC and HMI systems.Mechanical maintenance skills.Experience in performing preventative maintenance.Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs.Experience with HVAC systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in field service, industrial or facility maintenance.Diesel maintenance experience preferred.Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.Capability of independent work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role where you will participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager. This role requires travel to customer locations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00
