Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to oversee and perform a variety of repairs and modifications on modular buildings. This role involves tasks such as HVAC, framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance. The Service Technician will also conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry within the Branch territory, explain repairs and services to customers courteously over the phone and in person, and maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety standards on-site.

Work Environment
This is a service role that involves traveling from site to site. You must report to the shop daily by 7 am to dispatch. The majority of the work is done during the day, with an overnight stay required perhaps once every other month. We service areas throughout Colorado, and parts of Wyoming and Nebraska. Expect to be on the road every day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
