Job Description- HVAC

We have two current openings for HVAC Service Technicians. Join us in providing storage solutions and modular workplace solutions to our customers across North America. ResponsibilitiesAct in accordance with Safety, Transportation, and Environmental policies to promote employee health and safety.Attend periodic safety meetings.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.Perform repairs to mobile office trailers, including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.Perform check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages for invoicing.Create floor plan drawings as needed.Maintain proper inventory levels of equipment, tools, parts, and VAPS needed for service tasks.Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person, explaining all repairs and services to customers.Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates at stated quality levels.Perform service-related tasks in the yard as requested.Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.Perform HVAC system checks and maintenance per company guidelines.May be assigned duties at field locations as business needs.Essential SkillsGeneral labor or construction labor experience.Yard work and warehouse experience.Sit-down forklift experience.Experience with tools, loading, unloading, and material handling.Knowledge of flooring and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in trade work.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working at a 17-acre lot, building trailers for lease for construction projects, schools, and building add-on units/sections. The work environment involves working outside in various elements, including hot summers and cold, wet winters.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST SACRAMENTO, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
